• Builder of a 13-person travel advisory team with more than $2 million in annual sales
• Corporate experience in training, financial services, project management, process improvement, and large-scale implementation
• More than 20 years of Scouting leadership, mentoring, team development, and complex logistics planning

Across each of those settings, the common thread has been the same: helping people and organizations bring order to complexity, strengthen teams, improve processes, and create forward momentum.

As Owner and Chief Experience Officer of Wonderful Adventures Travel Group, Christopher leads the agency’s mentor team, monthly team calls, advisor development, hiring decisions, learning events, and destination-based training experiences. That work has given him firsthand experience building systems, developing people, guiding teams, and creating structure inside a growing service business. 

Before building Wonderful Adventures Travel Group, Christopher’s career included leadership and operational roles involving corporate training, financial analysis, underwriting, reporting systems, vendor coordination, large-scale project management, and process improvement. His experience includes managing a $75 million company-wide rebranding initiative, improving underwriting and assessment processes, and leading complex logistical efforts across business, volunteer, and travel environments.
